Bonus Policy

A. General rules

1.1 These rules cover every bonus, free spin and Promotions offer at North Bay Casino, including North Bay Rewards.

1.2 Each offer has a details panel showing the deposit needed, the wagering, the eligible games and any time or bet limits. Those details and this policy form the full terms of the offer.

1.3 Bonus money becomes withdrawable only after its wagering is complete.

B. Maximum conversion

2.1 Some promotions set a maximum on how much bonus money can be converted into cash. Where this applies, the offer details state the cap, and any amount above it is deducted after wagering is complete.

C. Expiry

3.1 Each offer has an expiry period set out in its details. If you do not finish wagering in time, we remove the unused bonus balance along with any winnings it generated.

D. Who can take part

4.1 Only players who are at least 19 years old, have a verified account and are in Canada can take part in promotions, and only where their province or territory legally permits online casino games.

4.2 Only one offer may be claimed per person and per payment method.

4.3 We do not send offers to anyone on a cooling-off break or who has chosen self-exclusion.

E. Maximum bet

5.1 While wagering is in progress, some promotions cap the stake you place on a single spin or round, as the offer terms state. Betting above that cap can lead to removal of the bonus and every winning tied to it.

F. One bonus at a time

6.1 You can hold just a single active bonus. Once your current bonus is finished, forfeited or expired, a new offer opens up for you to claim.

G. Bonus abuse and voiding

7.1 Bonus abuse includes:

  • opening a second or further account so one promotion can be claimed again and again;
  • colluding with others to clear wagering requirements as a group;
  • placing opposite bets that cover both outcomes on table games;
  • taking advantage of a pricing mistake or a fault in a game.

7.2 Abuse may result in the bonus and all winnings produced by it being voided, along with suspension or closure of the account.

H. Opting in

8.1 No offer is added automatically. Select it from Promotions or the cashier first, then deposit.

8.2 You never have to accept an offer. You can also forfeit a bonus in the cashier, which removes it along with any winnings it has generated.

I. Wagering and game types

9.1 Wagering is the sum you must stake on eligible games before you can cash out bonus funds. On the welcome offer, this is 25x your deposit.

9.2 How each game type counts:

  • Table games count 8% toward wagering.
  • The offer details show the contribution rate for every other eligible game.
  • Games not on the eligible list count nothing.

J. Current welcome offer

10.1 Welcome Bonus: Deposit C$10, 25x Wagering

10.2 Your welcome bonus unlocks with a deposit of at least C$10. Table games count at 8% toward its wagering, which is set at 25x the deposit and must be played on eligible games.

K. Changes

11.1 We can change or withdraw any offer or this policy. An offer you opted into before a change keeps the terms it had when you opted in, unless the law requires otherwise.
